Accessing the TripAdvisor status

From the partner control panel homepage click on the TripAdvisor tab as shown below:

On click the tab the TripAdvisor Status screen will appear as shown below. This screen shows a real-time integration status of all of your customers venues in relation to the TripAdvisor service. You can use the search box to filter for a specific venue or status of TripAdvisor integration. 

There are three status levels that a venue can have:

Not Mapped You have not added the TripAdvisor URL when adding the venue so no submission for that venue has taken place.
Awaiting Activation The venue was added and has been submitted to TripAdvisor. We are now awaiting for the owner to active on there TripAdvisor account.
Activated The Tripadvisor integration is active and review request are being sent to new WiFi users.

How do I submit a venue to TripAdvisor?
Switch into the customers dashboard, select Venue from the main navigation and select All venues from the dropdown menu. From the All Venues screen click the Edit button for the relevant Venue and follow the instructions under the TripAdvisor option.
