Accessing the SmartStatus

From the partner control panel homepage click on the Smart Status tab as shown below:

On clicking the tab the Smart Status screen will appear as shown below. The count boxes give you instant feed back to the number of SmartAP's and SmartSwitches you have across all of your customer accounts. The red box gives an indication of the number of devices offline.

The device status report details the current status of a device. You can use the search box to filter for a specific venue, device name, device type or status. A device can have three different states:

Offline The device is offline and not checking-in, mostly likely the service not working in the venue.
Intermittent The device is not offline but there maybe a problem, the device is checking-in sporadically.
Online Everything is working well and the device is checking in regularly.

Viewing the device details

You can view the details of a specific device by clicking on the venue name link. A popup window will then appear as shown below:

As you can see above you can view the device details including device type, MAC address, company and venue of where the device is located, the name of the customer and button to switch into the dashboard that the device is linked to.
