Adding a customer account

From the partner control panel homepage and click on the Add New Customer tab as shown below:

On click the tab the add new customer screen will appear as shown below. Complete the the form with the customers details and set a temporary password and click the Create Account button.

Deleting a customer account

To Delete a customer account, go to the partner control panel homepage. From the customer account section find the customer account you wish to delete and click on the Delete button. 

On clicking the red Delete button a popup window will appear as shown below. Read this screen carefully and ensure you have select the correct customer account.

Then click the Delete This Account button you will be prompted a final time to ensure you want to delete this account. Click the Okay button and you the customer account will be deleted.

Can I recover a deleted account?
NO. Once a customer account is deleted all data relating to the customer is permanently deleted from the Captini system. The system prompts you multiple time before an account can be deleted.
