Cisco Meraki
Introduction
The following guide takes you through the steps to configure your Meraki Cloud Controller (MCC) and associated access points to work with the Captini Cloud platform.
Cisco Meraki Configuration guide
1) First sign-on to your Cisco Meraki control panel at the following url: https://account.meraki.com/secure/login/dashboard_login
2) Once in your Meraki Dashboard select the relevant Organisation and Network. Then click on the Wireless main menu option and select SSID's as show below:
3) Then e nable and name the SSID that you will be configuring for Captini.
4) Click in the edit settings link to view the configuration:
5) Ensure that your setting are as per the screenshot below:
Please use the following config information dependant on your location:
Europe & Middle East
Radius 1: 52.210.72.220 | Port: 1812 | Secret: capt1n1
Radius 2: 52.19.71.71 | Port: 1813 | Secret: capt1n1
North America
Radius 1: 52.37.246.145 | Port: 1812 | Secret: capt1n1
Radius 2: 52.38.9.20 | Port: 1813 | Secret: capt1n1
Australia/New Zealand
Radius 1: 52.64.243.65 | Port: 1813 | Secret: capt1n1

6) Once the above settings are saved. Select Wireless from the main menu and click on Splash Page.
7) Select the SSID you have configured for use with Captini from the drop down SSID list.
8) Click on the radio button for Customer Splash URL and enter the relevant URL listed below based on your location:
Europe & Middle East

Cisco Meraki Activation
Once you have completed the above configuration on your Cisco Meraki dashboard your access points should be broadcasting the new SSID with the Captini configuration. At this point your Marki access points have not been activated and assigned to your Captini account.
To activate an access point simply connect a device to the WiFi SSID and browse to a non secure website such as cnn.com. The Cisco Meraki captive portal should redirect your web browser and the Captini activation portal should appear as shown below.
Simply follow the steps below.
On clicking the finish button you will be redirected and your custom designed landing page should splay asking you to choose a social network or email to login.
Volume Activations
In the event that you have a large number of access points or your access points are already installed. You can supply a list of access point mac address to Captini and we will bulk activate them for you. To request a bulk activation raise a support ticket by emailing support@captini.com and supply the AP mac address and the relevant venue information to how you would like them assigning.
