Service Status

To access the Captini network status page click on the Support menu option in the main navigation and select Service Status Page as shown below:

On clicking the menu option above the main service status page will open as shown below:

The status page shows a high level today and previous 6 day uptime status. You can drill into a particular network service by clicking on the name of the service on the left. On clicking the link you will be presented with a detailed view of that service as shown below:

The detailed status page shows a more granular view of the service selected. It includes an hourly uptime report as well as average network response time for the last 7 days and a map showing which countries were used to test and monitor the uptime of the service selected.
