Search Support

Captini support documentation is split into two separate sections Partner Docs chichis effectively the documentation you are using now which is specific to partners and resellers and Dashboard Docs which is specific to end users and covers all topics on using the dashboard.  

The help docs are also searchable from within the control panel click on the Support menu option in the main navigation and select Search the Help Docs as shown below:

On clicking the menu option above a search box will appear in the centre of the screen. Enter the search term that you would like to search for and hit the return key.

A number of matches will appear in an expanded window as shown below:

Click on a link relevant to what you are looking for and the article will appear in the window as shown below:
