Payment Cards

Payment Settings

Click on the Billing menu in the main navigation and then select Payment Cards from the dropdown menu.

You will then be presented with the Payment Cards screen. If you have already added a payment card it will be shown the My Cards table. 

To add a payment card click on the Add Card tab and the following popup screen will appear:

Complete the add payment form with your details and associated card information and click the Add Card button. Your details will be verified by the Stripe authorisation system and will be verified and ready to use immediately. 

You will need to add a payment card before you can place an order. The order system will direct you to this area if a card has not been added.

What credit cards are accepted?
We support Visa, Visa Delta, Master Card and American Express. American Express cards are charged an addition traction fee of 2.9%.

Where are my card details stored and is it secure?
Captini has partnered with Stripe a secure credit card payment service. All card details are stored and charged on the highly secure Stripe platform.
