Track your orders

To track a hardware order select  Your Orders from the control panel homepage and click on Track Your Orders from the dropdown menu.

When the screen refreshes the track your order screen will appear as shown below:

The track your order screen has two distinct areas Active Orders and Completed Orders

Active Orders

If you have recently placed an order it will appear in active orders from the moment you confirm your order and will remain there until your order has been delivered. 

Shown in the table below are the four status levels that your order can have:

Pending Your order has been received but has not yet been processed.
Confirmed Stock is available and the despatch team are now processing your order.
Packed Your items have been packed and are awaiting collection by the courier.
Shipped Your order has been despatched and is on it's way.

Completed Orders

Once your order has been delivered it will automatically move to the lower table under completed orders.

Viewing Order Details

Both active orders and completed orders have a Details button which when click reveal a popup window with a detailed list of your order and associated order status.

If the order has shipped a Track Order button will appear next to the Shipping Details title. When click this will redirect your browser to the courier parcel tracking service so you can track the delivery of your parcel.
