The ordering process
To place a hardware order select Your Orders from the control panel homepage and click on Order Captini Hardware from the drop menu.
If you are ordering for the first time a popup screen will appear asking you to enter your credit card as shown below:
Click the continue button and complete form that appears with card details:
Once complete the screen refreshes and the order hardware screen will appear as shown below:
To add an item to your order just click the + button next to the quantity box of the hardware item you would like to purchase.
On clicking the plus sign your order details will immediately update showing the cost and applicable VAT/Tax charges.
When ready click the Continue to PO Details button at the bottom of the order screen.
The Purchase order screen is an optional for that allows you to add your own purchase order number or reference and additional details such as client or company name. Any details added here will appear on your invoice.
When ready click the Continue to Delivery button at the bottom of the order screen.
You will be presented with the delivery details form, if you have used the order system before all of your previous delivery addresses will be available from the Previous Delivery drop down menu. On selecting a previous address the form fields will automatically populate with the relevant details.
If this is your first time using the order system or this order requires a new delivery address, simply select the New Address option in the Previous Delivery drop down menu and enter the new delivery address in the form provided.
When ready click the Continue to Billing Details button at the bottom of the delivery screen.
The billing screen is similar to the delivery screen as it remembers previously used billing details to help speed up the order process. Either select a previous billing address from the drop down menu or complete the form with the appropriate details.
When ready click the Complete Your Order button at the bottom of the billing screen. You will be shown a confirmation of your order and an order email will also be sent to the billing email address entered on the billing screen.

What payment options are available?
Hardware orders can only be purchased using a valid credit card. Payment is charged in advance of shipping. - 2

I have confirmed my order but noticed an error. What should I do?
Send an email to support@captini.com immediately, quoting your order number and details of the issue. The support team will assist you in correcting the problem.
