Ruckus Cloud
Ruckus Cloud Version: 22.01.11
The following documentation was produced using the above Ruckus Cloud version.
Open a web browser and log in to your Ruckus Cloud dashboard at https://ruckus.cloud
Step One - select Wireless Networks from the main navigation in the Ruckus Cloud dashboard as shown below:
At the top right of the Wireless Networks screen click the Add Network link and the following popup window will appear:
Add the following configuration and then click the Ordering Next button at the bottom right.

Network Type | Captive Portal |
As show on the above screen select 3rd Party Portal (WISPr) and click Next
Complete the following configuration of the Setting Screen show above.

Now scroll down the page and the following options will appear:
Please enter the following settings into the Ruckus Cloud Settings screen:
Primary Authentication Server | |
Primary Server IP Address | 52.210.72.220 |
Port | 1812 |
Shared Secret | capt1n1 |
Click the add a Secondary Server link and enter the following settings:
Secondary Authentication Server | |
Primary Server IP Address | 52.19.71.71 |
Port | 1812 |
Shared Secret | capt1n1 |
TLS Encryption | OFF |
Next click the Accounting Service toggle to ON and enter the following settings:
Primary Accounting Server | |
Primary Server IP Address | 52.210.72.220 |
Port | 1813 |
Shared Secret | capt1n1 |
Click the add a Secondary Server link and enter the following settings:
Secondary Accounting Server | |
Primary Server IP Address | 52.19.71.71 |
Port | 1813 |
Shared Secret | capt1n1 |
TLS Encryption | OFF |
Then click the Next button
As shown above the next step is to map the SSID to one or more Venues. To map a venue simply click the Activate toggle from OFF to ON as shown above and click the next button.
Finally, review your setting and click the Create Button to create the new Wireless Network.

Please ensure you have added the following details to the Captini Dashboard for the specific locations:
The configuration is complete and ready for testing.
