Track & Trace for UNIFI

Please use the following guide to enable an SSID on your Unifi Cloud controller to support the Captini Track and trace service. 

Step 1: Add SSID

• As shown in the screenshot below please create a new SSID as an Open network and tick Apply Guest policies option.
• Complete the step by clicking on the Apply button.

Step 2: Configure Guest Policy

• As shown in the screenshot below select Guest Control from the menu on the left. 
• Enable Guest Portal by ticking the checkbox
• Select the External portal server option
• Enter the following IP address: 3.10.197.120
• Next tick all checkboxes in the redirect section
• Enter the following URL in the Redirect using hostname text field: portal.coronawifi.com
• Next add the following domain names to the Access Control list and click the Apply Changes button to save.

Step 3: Testing

You have now successfully configured your UniFi controller and you 're ready to test the service. Using a mobile device connect to your new Track and Trace SSID and the following screen should appear.
