Activating TripAdvisor Review Express with Captini WiFi

The following guide takes you through the steps on how to activate Review Express with Captini Wifi from within your TripAdvisor Account. 

Sign In to your Tripadvisor account

Go to: https://www.tripadvisor.com/ReviewExpress

Then click on the Profile Icon which we have circled in Red at the top of the screen and choose your preferred login method:

On your TripAdvisor dashboard click the three dots on the navigation bar and then select Review Express from the drop down menu as shown blow:

On the main Review Express screen click the Settings Option on the navigation menu as show below:

Then Click on the Orange Opt-In button shown above. On clicking the Opt-In button the following Popup screen is show:

Select Captini WiFi from the list and click the Next button: 

Scroll down on the Terms and conditions screen and tick the accept checkbox and click Next

Finally enter your email address, this email will be used on the emails sent to your clients via Review Express. Then click the submit button. 

You have now activated Review Express with Captini WiFi you should see something similar to the what is show in the red box above. This allows you to opt-out at anytime.
