Upgrading an account

If you wish to upgrade an account from the Essential Plan to Pro please follow these instructions. 

1) From your control panel homepage

Click on the green Company Name link for the customer account that you wish to upgrade.  As shown below a popup box displays the key details relating to the customer account. 

2) Upgrade

The line item Plan shows which plan this customer account is currently set to. If the plan is currently Essential then an upgrade button will be available next to the the Essential plan badge. 

Simply click the upgrade button and the account will be instantly upgraded to the Pro plan. Please note: on upgrading you will be charged as per the Pro pricing rates.
