What is this?

The customer support settings allows to add a contact number and support email address to the Captini interface visible by your customer accounts only. This helps as a call to action for your clients who wish to get first line technical support from the partner directly. 

Accessing customer support settings

Click on the My Account menu in the main navigation and then select Customer Support Settings from the dropdown menu as shown below:

You will then be presented with the support settings screen. If you have already added details to this screen before the current settings will be shown in the form fields. 

To setup the support settings just add your support telephone number and/or email address. Neither field is mandatory so you can provide support contact details as you wish.
